Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 1, point 5 of the Law on National Minority Councils (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 72/2009, 20/2014 – Constitutional Court Decision, 55/2014, and 47/2018), and Article 2, paragraph 1 of the Regulation on granting scholarships to primary and secondary school students, the Executive Council of CNMNR, during the teleconference held on 09.09.2022, publishes the following:
PUBLIC CALL
For granting scholarships to primary and secondary school students.
I. Eligibility Conditions
The right to apply for scholarships is granted to students of the primary school and high school “Borislav Petrov Braca” in Vršac and the secondary School of Economics and Trade “Dositej Obradović” in Alibunar, who were enrolled in the first grade with Romanian as the language of instruction.
Scholarships are awarded to all enrolled students who meet the conditions stipulated in the Scholarship Regulation.
II. Required Documents
At registration, the student must submit the Certificate issued by the school at enrollment in the first grade, in the Romanian-language unit, for the school year 2022/2023.
III. Application Deadline
The application deadline is 12 September 2022 until 30.09.2022.

IV. Scholarship Payment
For the 2022/2023 school year, the scholarship is paid as a one-time amount of 5,000.00 dinars, to the current account of the parents or the legal representative of the student-beneficiary.
V. Procedure
The decision to grant scholarships is made by the Executive Council of CNMNR based on submitted applications. The scholarship contract is signed by the CNMNR President with the parent or legal representative of the student.
VI. Forms
The registration form for the Public Call for scholarships is available on the CNMNR website www.cnmnr.org.rs. The application must be submitted by the parent or legal representative on behalf of the student.
