The mayor of Alibunar, Zorana Bratić, expressed her appreciation and continued support for initiatives that preserve and promote the cultural identity of Romanians in the region.
The Consul of Romania in Vršac, Mr. Gheorghe Dinu, highlighted in his speech the importance of maintaining traditions, praising the community for its dedication to preserving these values. Representatives of the Romanian minority in Serbia, Daniel Magdu and Dr. Traian Căcina, shared their thoughts and gratitude, acknowledging the efforts of the region’s women's associations in safeguarding cultural heritage.
The artistic program was the highlight of the celebration, featuring traditional dances and poetry recitals in the Banat dialect. Artistic ensembles from Alibunar and Serbian Sânmartin delighted the audience with their performances.
